A Lemon's Secret to Natural Beauty and Remedies

1. Get Rids of Dandruff

First off, it would be good to know what causes dandruff. Here is a list of the factors that cause unwanted flakes in your hair.
- Dry Skin
- Irritated Skin
- Oily Skin
- Not Shampooing enough
- Shampooing too often
- Skin Conditions
- A yeast-like fungus called malassezia
- Emotional Stres
Very hot or cold climate
- Weaken Immune System
- Obesity
How Lemons Help:
Pure lemon juice contains acids that  help break down the fungus that is often the cause of dandruff outbreaks. It’s also free from harsh chemicals and it leaves you smelling clean and fresh.
Below are the methods to get rid of dandruff naturally with lemons.
What you would need:
- 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, divided
-1 cup of water
Directions
1. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute.
2. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it.
3. Repeat daily until no longer needed.

2. Using lemon Juice to Lessen Reduce Acne, Acne Scars and Blackheads

********  Lemon juice is not beneficial for acne on dark brown or black skin. The reason not to use lemon juice on dark skin is that dark skin contains many melanocytes, cells that make pigment. Any darkening of the skin caused by lemon juice will be more severe when the skin is exposed to the sun. Lemon juice compounds are especially active in the melanocytes when they are activated by the UV-A rays of sunlight. Dark skin will not burn, but it will darken even more when exposed to sunlight after lemon juice treatment.*************

LEMON JUICE DOES NOT WORK FOR

 EVERYONE!!!

The juice of the common lemon has several properties that can help cure your acne and may help lighten the scars that can be a result of severe acne. Okay, so here are the methods to lessen your acne and acne scars.

  1. Wash or exfoliate your face to remove oil, dirt, and sweat with warm water. Always start with a clean face.
  2. Squeeze the juice from one or two lemons until you have 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Using a cotton ball or Q- tipped applicator, apply some of the lemon juice to each pimple or reddened area.
  4. After the lemon juice has been in place, rinse your face with cool water. Using cool water will help close the pores to prevent further clogging.

3. Helps Cure a Sore Throat

Lemons helps cure a sore throat because of the antibacterial properties, vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties that are in lemons. This is incredibly beneficial as it helps to boost your immune system and fight against the infection. Lemon juice also increases salivation and helps to moisten or lubricate an irritated throat to get rid of the sore throat.

 Methods:
  1. Take the fresh juice of half a lemon and dilute it in the small amount of water
  2. Mix it well and use this liquid to gargle your throat
You could also mix other ingredients
  • Lemon and Honey Hot Toddy
  • Lemon Juice and Honey

  • Lemon and Salt water gargle

4. Lighten Skin and Fade Age Spots

Basically rub it on. Rub a lemon rind over your skin. It helps cleanse the skin and slowly lightening it over time. You could also spray it on. AVOID CUTS AND INJURIES

Remember Use sun protection or avoid exposure to sunlight when using lemons as a skin lightener

5. Fight wrinkles

  1. Add a few drops of lemon juice and a drop of almond oil to a teaspoon of honey and mix well.
  2. Put this mixture on your face for 15-20 minutes then rinse off with cool water.
  3. Use this over several days to remove the fine wrinkles around your eyes. DON'T GET YOUR EYES.

Here are some final tips and warnings

- There may be stinging sensations on your skin. Just add water to the mixture to tolerate it

How To Grow Your Hair Faster and Healthier

How to make your hair grow faster?

1. Snip of any split ends.

Split ends are evil and they make your hair stop growing. It is a myth that cutting our hair will make it grow faster, but, by cutting the split ends, your hair will look healthier and retain your length for longer. When cutting your split ends, always use hair shears. Regular paper scissors can fray your ends and can actually cause more split ends down the road.

2. Drink plenty of water

Drinking water does dot only keep your hair healthy, but also contributes to hair growth with a healthier scalp and healthier hair.

3. Have a healthy diet.

Eating protein, vitamins and iron help your hair growth. These include nuts, veggies and eggs.

5. Avoid tieing your hair too tightly.

This may cause hair breakage, and hinder your hair growth.

6. Exercise

When we exercise, we sweat and this is a good thing. Sweat, toxins and and waste substances are flushed out from skin pores giving us healthy, radiant skin. Similarly, sweat helps unclogs hair follicles, increases blood flow and circulation  in our body which promotes hair growth. Also don't stress. This could result in hair thinning or hair loss. Exercising helps deal with stress and not only keeps your hair healthy, but also making you feel happier with your body.

7.Massage scalp

Massaging Scalp is similar to exercise. It increases blood circulation to the hair follicles and builds strength on the hair roots.

8. Use a good shampoo that's good for YOUR type of hair

Everybody is different. Thick, thin, dry, curly, fine, dyed... Read the labeling!
